We use VK ID for convenient and secure login to MyTracker.

VK ID is a single account for login to VK products. Authorization with a VK ID guarantees data confidentiality. For added security, you have the option to enable two-factor authentication and monitor activity history.

You will be able to quickly access data and flexibly manage analytics, advertising, and integrations with a unified authentication method in MyTracker, VK Ads, and other VK services.

Log in to MyTracker

Logging in to MyTracker is only possible with a VK ID. If you have multiple profiles in MyTracker, you need to connect a VK ID to each of them. If you previously logged in to MyTracker using your login and password, recover access to the profile.

To log in to MyTracker:

1. On the login page in MyTracker, click Log in with VK ID.

2. Log in with the VK ID linked to your MyTracker profile and click Continue.

Your MyTracker profile will open with a list of your apps.

Create a new profile in MyTracker

If you already have a work profile in MyTracker, log in using VK ID or recover access to the profile.

New user registration in MyTracker is only possible through the VK ID connection. To create a new profile in MyTracker:

1. On the login page in MyTracker, click Log in with VK ID.

2. Select the VK ID you have already created, if you have one, or Create a new VK ID account specifically for MyTracker. You can use your work email for a new VK ID. You do not need to enter your phone number.

3. Click Create a new profile.

4. Fill out the registration form and click Continue. If your VK ID is linked to an email address, the Email field will be automatically filled in.

You have created a profile in MyTracker and connected it to the VK ID. Now you can log in to your profile with the VK ID using your phone number, email, or QR code.

Recover access to MyTracker

If you have not logged in to MyTracker for a while, you can recover access by connecting a VK ID. This instruction is also suitable if you have several profiles and not all of them are connected to a VK ID.

1. On the login page in MyTracker, click Log in with VK ID.

2. Select the VK ID you have already created, if you have one, or Create a new VK ID account specifically for MyTracker. You can use your work email for a new VK ID. You do not need to enter your phone number.

3. Click Use an existing profile.

4. Enter the Email you used to log in to MyTracker before and click Send verification email. The email address you provided when creating the VK ID and the one for logging in to MyTracker may not match. We will recover access through the email you used to log in to MyTracker before, and then link your profile to the VK ID.

5. Open the email from MyTracker and confirm your Email to connect your MyTracker profile to a VK ID.

You have recovered access to your profile in MyTracker and connected the VK ID. Now you can log in to your profile with the VK ID using your phone number, email, or QR code.

FAQ

The email I received an invitation to does not match the email of my VK ID. What should I do?

• If you have multiple profiles in MyTracker, switch the current one and re-accept the invitation.
• If you have one profile in MyTracker: Log out of your profile > Click Log in > Log in with VK ID > Create new account > Enter the work email you received the invitation to > Fill out the registration form for VK ID and set a password > Click Use an existing profile > Enter the email you used to log in to MyTracker before > Return to the letter and follow the invitation link to your profile.
• If you do not have a profile in MyTracker yet, accept the invitation and click Log in with VK ID. In the next steps, you will be able to create a new profile in MyTracker and connect it to a VK ID.

Can I access my MyTracker profile without connecting a VK ID?

It is not possible to log in to MyTracker without connecting a VK ID. As of May 23, MyTracker has switched to authentication via VK ID. To log in to MyTracker, use the access recovery instruction.

I have a profile in MyTracker, but I do not yet have a VK ID. Which email should I use to register a VK ID?

It is not necessary to use the same email you previously used to log in to MyTracker to register a VK ID. Register a VK ID on your work email, and then link this VK ID to the existing MyTracker profile.

I cannot access the email that should get the recovery letter for my MyTracker profile. What should I do?

Try contacting the support service of your email provider to recover access to the email box.

Is it possible to link several VK IDs to one MyTracker profile?

No, you can only link one VK ID to any MyTracker profile.
