Authorization

We use VK ID for convenient and secure log in to MyTracker.

VK ID is a single account for log in to VK products. Authorization with a VK ID guarantees data confidentiality. For added security measures, you have the option to enable two-factor authentication and monitor activity history.

You will be able to quickly access data and flexibly manage analytics, advertising, and integrations with a unified authentication method in MyTracker, VK Ads, and other VK services.

Create a new profile in MyTracker

If you already have a work profile in MyTracker, log in using VK ID. For more details, see Log in to MyTracker.

New users registration in MyTracker is only possible through the VK ID connection. To create a new profile in MyTracker:

1. On the login page in MyTracker, click Log in with VK ID.

2. Select the VK ID you have already created, if you have one, or create a new VK ID account specifically for MyTracker. You can use your work email for a new VK ID. To create a new VK ID from MyTracker, you do not need to enter your phone number.

3. Click Create a new profile. If you were previously registered in MyTracker, use the instruction for log in to the profile.

4. Fill out the registration form and click Continue. If your VK ID is linked to an email address, the Email field will be automatically filled in.

You have created a profile in MyTracker and connected it to the VK ID. Now you can log in to your profile with the VK ID: using your phone number, email, or QR code.

Log in to MyTracker

Connect VK ID to your MyTracker profile. As of May 23, other login methods will no longer be operational. If you do not manage to do so in time, your MyTracker profile will be preserved, but you will not be able to log in without VK ID.

If you have multiple profiles in MyTracker, you need to connect a different VK ID for each one.

Connect VK ID

Connect a VK ID if you have not done so yet:

1. In the profile, click Connect VK ID on the notification at the top of the screen.
2. Click Connect VK ID.
3. Select the VK ID you have already created, if you have one, or create a new VK ID account specifically for MyTracker. You can use your work email for a new VK ID. To create a new VK ID from MyTracker, you do not need to enter your phone number.

Your MyTracker profile will open with a list of your apps and a notification saying "VK ID is connected." Continue using MyTracker as usual.

Log in with VK ID

If you have already connected a VK ID, use it to log in to MyTracker:

1. On the login page in MyTracker, click Log in with VK ID.

2. Log in with the VK ID linked to your MyTracker profile and click Continue.

Your MyTracker profile will open with a list of your apps. Continue using MyTracker as usual.

Recover access to MyTracker

If you forgot your password, you can recover access to MyTracker through a VK ID.

1. On the login page in MyTracker, click Log in with VK ID.

2. Select the VK ID you have already created, if you have one, or create a new VK ID account specifically for MyTracker. You can use your work email for a new VK ID. To create a new VK ID from MyTracker, you do not need to enter your phone number.

3. Click Use an existing profile.

4. Enter the Email you used to log into MyTracker before and click Send verification email. The email address you provided when creating the VK ID and the one for log in to MyTracker may not match. We will recover access through the email you used to log in to MyTracker before, and then link your profile to the VK ID.

5. Open the email from MyTracker and confirm your Email to connect your MyTracker profile to a VK ID.

You have recovered access to your profile in MyTracker and connected the VK ID. Now you can log in to your profile with the VK ID: using your phone number, email, or QR code.
